From spotting hidden opportunities to identifying business-changing solutions, Andrew is a problem solver who just happens to have over 20 years’ industry experience. In fact, Andrew is a former partner at Grant Thorton — one of the world’s leading advisory firms. He was also an associate director at EY, as well as director and CEO of ASX and TSXV listed companies.
Scott Morrison.
Senior Accountant.
Since moving to Australia in 2014, Scott has completed his MBA and Master of Finance at Bond University. Scott then joined Casal in 2018, and he has gone on to become an essential consultant to many of our clients spanning a whole range of diverse sectors.
Melissa Stephens.
Senior Accountant.
With an extensive background with small-to-medium businesses, as well as individual tax returns, Melissa comes to Casal with a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University, majoring in accounting. Now, Melissa is a senior account responsible for providing financial management services to our client AAA Asphalt.
Jay De Lee.
Senior Accountant.
A qualified Chartered Account, Jay De completed his Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Queensland — majoring in Accounting and Business Information Systems. Before joining Casal, Jay De was a corporate accountant at an ASX-listed company, as well as an auditor at a world-leading advisory firm. By pairing this commercial background with his knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence, Jay De’s able to offer truly tailored solutions.
Sov Tuon.
Senior Accountant.
Previously of major Australian firms HLB Mann Judd and Grant Thornton, Sov is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong background in managing financial operations and advising business owners. At Casal, he combines his attention to detail and holistic approach to provide effective financial management services to our CasaCity Group and wider client base. In his role, Sov is passionate about using his knowledge to truly make a positive difference.
